Prices and agreements
What does the first hour cost?+
The hourly odd-jobs service costs € 85,00 for the first hour, including VAT and travel within Amersfoort. Materials are extra.
What happens after the first hour?+
Each agreed extra half hour costs € 32,50. We discuss extra time before using it. A four-hour half day is € 280,00 when agreed in advance.
Are all service prices fixed?+
No. Task prices are starting labour prices for straightforward conditions. We confirm the scope, materials and price basis for your job first.
Are parking charges included?+
Travel within Amersfoort is included. Any parking charge is discussed separately before the visit.
Getting ready
Can I supply my own materials?+
Yes, if they are suitable. Share the product details first and keep the instructions and all parts ready.
Should I clear the room?+
Clear the immediate work area and move fragile items. Tell us if moving heavy furniture needs to be part of the job.
Can you work in a rented home?+
Yes. Check with your landlord before drilling or making permanent changes. We do not decide who is responsible for payment.
Can I combine several tasks?+
Yes. Send one complete list in priority order so we can estimate the time and tools needed.
Scope and follow-up
Do you offer emergency visits?+
No. We arrange planned visits during our working hours. The contact form is not monitored as an emergency channel.
Do you work on gas or fixed wiring?+
No. Gas, fixed electrical installations, roof work and structural changes are outside our scope.
What if you find hidden damage?+
We stop that part of the work, explain what we found and discuss the next step. Extra work starts only after agreement.
What if something is not right afterwards?+
Use the contact form to describe the issue and when it appeared. We assess whether an adjustment or another solution is needed.
